All OG Carbon products are protected by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects and faults. We guarantee that every product we produce will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, OG Carbon will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to:
• Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
• Deliberate or intentional damage
• Accidental damage (drops, impacts, crushing, etc.)
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
• Damage resulting from improper installation or unauthorized modifications
• Any repairs or alterations not performed by OG Carbon or an authorized service provider

How to Make a Warranty Claim
To begin a warranty claim, the customer must provide:
1. Proof of purchase
2. A description of the issue
3. Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)
4. Warranty card as proof of purchase (if applicable)

All claims are evaluated by OG Carbon, and determinations regarding warranty eligibility are made at our sole discretion.
