The FATBOY XXL utilises a roll wrapped forged carbon fibre outer tube, providing a high strength to weight ratio with excellent structural rigidity. CNC machined 7075 aluminium endcaps ensure durability at critical mounting points while maintaining low overall mass.
The increased 250 mm length provides greater internal volume compared to standard models, allowing for improved sound dampening characteristics and accommodation of longer or larger tracer units without compromising alignment.
Internally, precision cut foam baffles are used to reduce acoustic signature while maintaining consistent projectile clearance. The modular, fully serviceable design allows for disassembly, cleaning, and replacement of internal components as required.
The rear endcap integrates a concentric 14×1 LH threaded interface, enabling direct installation of compatible tracer units inside the suppressor body. This configuration maintains axial alignment, eliminates internal movement, and mitigates the risk of projectile interference.
